All bedrooms are en suite with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk with a lamp, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a 32″ smart TV. There are smart electric radiators in each bedroom that can be controlled by a mobile phone. The entry system to doors is via a high-tech fingerprint system and there are also 30+ security cameras around the building for extra security. All ensuites contain a shower, toilet, and wash basin with a vanity unit for storage of toiletries, etc.
Communal facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with all pots and pans, a gym, a study room, and living and dining areas. There will also be a landscaped seating/garden area with a BBQ and table/chairs. A laundry room will contain 4 washing machines and 4 dryers all free of charge to use.
