It has been a very pleasant stay at Yupelet Properties. The cleaning and property management services have been efficient throughout, which really adds to the quality of living in a house-share. Yuplet is the estate agency of choice for me . i have tried one or two others before but none compares to Yuplet interms of promptness of service provided , the patience to go far and beyond call of duty to ensure that customers get value for money... a particular mention is Charles whom i have been interacting with at Yuplet. Literally chill and friendly. I had not believed that the British is very relaxing until I worked with Charles at Yupelet, very polite and helpful. As this is my first time abroad, I have afraid of document and accommodation processing but Charles made it easy. Some agents in Hull are pretty rude as they often urge me to make the deal. In contrast, Charles answer my questions patiently and give appropriate suggestion. Also appreciate his thoughfulness when he tried to find another female tenant when there were females in the house already!
