Kingswood is a modern housing estate on the northern fringe of Hull with lots of amenities on your door step. There is a very large retail park a 5minute drive away that has a 24hr Asda, Greggs, Nandos, Cineworld etc. There is also a David Lloyd fitness centre only a 5 minute drive away.

Also, 5/10min walk away is a local village centre, with a local co-op, cafe-bar, estate agents, pharmacy, hair salon and a health centre. The area is extremely friendly and very popular for families to live. Free parking everywhere, shops on your door step and friendly neighbours.

Well Connected

Kingswood is very well connected with buses running to the city centre every 15 minutes. Also a main road for cars / bikes into the city centre.  Also very accessible to Beverley which is only 15 minutes up the road.
