Our priority at Yupelet is to match up likeminded young professionals looking to share a property together. We understand moving into new accommodation can be a big change however hopefully we can make the process as smooth as possible.
Yupelet has over 15 years experience providing exclusive accommodation to young professionals. We own all 18 properties that we rent on a room by room basis and they are located between 3 different areas of Hull: Old Town (HU1), The Avenues (HU5) and Kingswood (HU7).

- The properties are fully equipped to an exceptional standard and include 42″- 50” Plasma TV’s, leather sofas, dishwasher, alarm, washing machine, dryer, microwave, garden furniture, gas BBQ, everything down to crockery & cutlery etc.
- All the rooms or flats are ready to move into – the only extras you will need to bring is bedding!
- All Bills are included – Sky, Internet, Council Tax, Electricity.
- Exclusively for young professionals working in the area full time.
