All housemates are 20-35 graduates, post-graduates or in a professional role. Common professions range from Doctors, Nurses, Engineers, Technicians, Physiotherapists, Retail, Researchers etc. Charles can let you know a bit more info about the current tenants when you view the property.

This property is located right on the edge of Hull’s Old Town/City Centre, on a small one way street called High Street. Everything is walking distance from the property and the Queen’s Gardens is directly behind.
Lots of large businesses located within walking distance: Reckitt Benckiser (15min walk), C4di (10/15mins walk), Siemens (20minute walk) etc.

No Deposit
We don’t take a deposit, instead we do the necessary referencing checks to make sure you will be a suitable tenant. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month.
